Job Description | Experience needed: • 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 8.4 or greater (9.0 preferred) including expertise in Contracts & Billing, preferably in an ESA environment. • General knowledge of core financial modules Client has implemented: GL, AP, PO, EX, AM, and Tax. • Experience with other modules included in Client’s implementation is a plus: PC, PM, RM, and HR. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience writing Functional Design Documents • Familiarity with writing PeopleSoft Queries and basic SQL queries. • Familiarity with PeopleTools to troubleshoot both online and batch processes • Experience configuring or making configuration changes to PeopleSoft Financials modules. • Experience performing PeopleSoft FSCM functional production support. • Familiarity with PeopleSoft security administration. • Experience with testing of PeopleSoft customizations. • Experience with a global implementation. • Solid understanding of business analysis and accounting practices. Basic Qualifications: A Senior Business Analyst must have at least 5 years of experience with PeopleSpoft 8.4 or greater. Responsibilities: This consultant will work within the ?Back Office Team? of ’s Business Solutions Group to cover a wide variety of duties while a senior staff member is on maternity leave. The term of employment includes 2 weeks ramp up before the employee’s maternity leave begins, and one week transition afterwards. Edelman is currently working on a global financial system deployment. Responsibilities may include work on production support of existing countries on the system, assistance with deployments to additional countries, and continuous improvement efforts.
