Job Description | I have the following requirement for a functional SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) consultant in Atlanta for a minimum 6 month assignment with possible multiple extensions as the current system will be implemented in 3 other plants. Most of the initial design and configuration work has already been done by another consultant.
I will need to conduct a phone interview.
Here are the requirements:
Generally, the consultant needs to be strong in:
?? Basic configuration
o There are a few minor changes planned
?? Basic PM processes and Maintenance Practices
o There is nothing out of the ordinary here
?? Basic SCM processes
o There are new processes to the plant, ordering using PM Work Orders (hand holding a little bit)
?? Construction and use of Maintenance Plans
o Configuration is done and there will be operating examples in the system soon, but they next plants have a lot of expectations around this area.
o It is expected that they will be bringing in operational data from control systems to Measurement Points/Documents to feed Condition Based Maintenance Plans.
Would be good if the consultant understands:
?? FICO integration with PM
?? Integration of PM/PP
o They have a strong use of PP in day-to-day operations. Future plans call for integrating the scheduling of PM and PP
