Job Description | Required:
• 3+ years of in business or systems analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to perform analysis, including facilitating customer requirements capture and elaboration, creation of project charters, use cases, workflow and diagrams, view specifications, and other artifacts.
• Prior experience and expertise providing analysis in support of SOA and API development projects.
• Familiarity with governance, including policy, auditing, compensating controls, and change control.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills - including verbal, written, and presentation
• Demonstrated ability and proclivity to independently learn new concepts, solutions, approaches, and technologies.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Team Foundation Server.
Desired:
• Familiarity with IT Service Management, including service definition and maintenance, service catalog definition and maintenance, and service performance analysis.
• Understanding of service oriented concepts and frameworks, including SOA and ITSM / ITIL / MOF.
• Understanding of the concerns involved in infrastructure and operations management
• Understanding and experience with agile methodologies including SCRUM. SCRUM Master training a plus.
• High level understanding of the Microsoft solution platform and Microsoft System Center suite. Experience supporting systems programming efforts in datacenter migration or modernization programs a plus. |
