position with at least 8 years of experience, specifically with CRM IC & CTI Integration on CRM 2007/7.0 release.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills. Should be able to work with business teams to gather and understand detail requirements that support their business in order to design and configure a solution.
The candidate should have at least 4 full cycle CRM implementation experience with at least 2 CRM IC project experience.
The candidate should have experience working with CTI Integration Design, Knowledge Management, Problem Management.
The candidate should have configuration, design and customization knowledge of Interaction Center
The candidate should have configuration knowledge of Organizational structure, Navigation bar, business roles, interaction record, inbox, alerts, broadcast messaging, activity clipboard profile, configuring global document types, links for content repositories, FCC UIs, transaction launcher, case types, categories, linked cases, partner determination, statuses, activities, escalation, attach documents, FCC-related fact sheets, Web UI customization, etc
