Qualifications:
* Ability to understand business requirements and technical design documents Strong written and verbal communication skills
* 3 - 5 years experience with coordinating and leading testing teams on large integrated projects
* Previous experience and thorough understanding of the different testing levels (e.g., Unit, System, Integration, Load, User Acceptance) for applications, products, and services
* Previous experience with the complete Software / Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the development of required testing artifacts (e.g., Testing Strategy, Testing Traceability Matrix, Test Cases, Test Plan)
* Previous experience using test management tools to write, plan, and monitor test cases and defects on large integrated projects
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
