Washington, DC non-profit is looking for a customer-oriented contractor with strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain, operate and upgrade their existing websites and applications.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be considered for this position, a candidate must have at least 2 years experience developing and supporting mission-critical websites and web applications using the following technologies:
- C#
- ASP.NET
- MS SQL Server
- HTML
- JavaScript/AJAX
- IIS
- CSS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new web applications
- Develop new smart phone apps
- Maintain, operate, and enhance websites and web applications
- Maintain, operate, and enhance the organization's CRM application (MS Dynamics CRM)
- Troubleshoot, debug and test components of various software applications
- Develops and performs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Perform application software upgrades and deploy patches and hotfixes
- Maintains source code repository
- Create database reports and data extracts for staff
- Maintain and operate the organization's Content Management System (SiteCore)
- Deploy software developed by others and perform structured change control
- Backfill for helpdesk manager when needed.
- This position requires 24/7 availability to respond to website outages and service interruptions.
- Build and maintain development and testing environments
- Other duties as assigned
TRAVEL
This position will require minimal travel. |
