Skills/Experience Required:
* 5+ years recent experience developing in both SharePoint MOSS 2007 to MOSS 2010 in a large corporate environment - MUST have experience migrating from 2007 to 2010
* Local candidates will get first preference
* Must have design and implementation experience as well as configuration, development and deployment of SharePoint environment - specifically the following:
o Site Templates
o Site Definitions
o Taxonomy
o Metadata
o Content Management
o Collaboration
o Windows Workflow Foundation
o Custom Web Parts
o Reports, BCS
o FAST Search
o Master Pages
o Content Types
o Features
o PerformancePoin
o Security in Claims Base Identity
o Single Sign On
o Web Parts
o Workflows
o Master Pages and Content Pages
* Must have experience implementing custom applications within Sharepoint 2010 for external internet facing Sharepoint sites for large scale systems
* Must have Windows Server, IIS environments SharePoint related troubleshooting skills
* Hands-on implementation knowledge SQL Server. Strong understanding of database design
* Excellent communication skills - 7 out of 10 is not good enough....must be 8 out of 10 or higher
* MOSS Certification preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
* The project will involve moving current infrastructure from SharePoint 2007 to 2010. This candidate will be involved in the assessment of the client environment and then be the key hands-on developer during the upgrade. Willingness to work hours as necessary, especially during critical issue resolution and milestone time periods is important.
* Interact with external entities: vendors, service providers and product vendors.
* Interface with IT application owners and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Resolve conflicts, as needed. |
