Strong Front end development skills, Spring MVC/Tiles and Struts. Building interface elements using YUI Tools.
50% of Work: Taking the existing infrastructure and moving it to Spring MVC/Tiles
Great: Working knowledge of Spring MVC, Tiles and Struts
Good: Experience with Spring MVC
30% of Work: Building the interface elements using YUI (Yahoo UI Tools)
Great: Experience with YUI and YUI2 tools.
Good: Experience with Ajax/JavaScript/JQuery
20% of Work: Creating websites from design
Great: Experience with Interactive Design/Skinning/Design/HTML/CSS
Good: Experience with HTML/CSS
Additional Nice to Have Items
Experience with Web Services, Oracle, ADA, Hibernate, Rational Application Developer, SVN, Websphere
